Is there a way to replace seeded invoice template with an external template on the Collection Agent User Interface, Transaction Tab  "View Invoice" option?

When clicked it opens the seeded invoice template.  The need is to replace with a custom template of RTF format as PDF.

Navigation Path:

Login to Receivable Manager Responsibility.
Click on Collections.
Call up a Customer Account, and go to the Transaction Tab.
Right click on an Invoice
Click on "View Invoice", and the seeded template Invoice view appears:
