Goal

How does one setup pricing to cover the following scenario?
The scenario is:
1. For every 1 x product A then 1 x product B = 100%
For every 1 x product A they would get a 100% discount on the same quantity of B

To explain this, if you set up an other item discount (OID) modifier, to get item B (the get item) for free when item A is ordered,
this is how the sales order lines would be processed:

Line 1.1  item A
Line 2.1  item B -- free
Line 3.1  item B -- free

The intention here was for item B to be free only once.

2. If the customer orders 1x A and 3 x B then they get 1 x B free
For every 1 x product A they would get a 100% discount on the same quantity of B
1B free with no free A items

3. If they order 3 x A and 3 x B then all 3 are free.
For every 1 x product A they would get a 100% discount on the same quantity of B
3B are free and 1B fullprice
