'Select Customer Address' button is not displayed in 'Update Contact - Addresses' screen (Doc ID 751978.1)

Symptoms

'Select Customer Address' button is not displayed in 'Update Contact - Addresses' screen even after applying Patch 5329581.

 


Steps To Reproduce:


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Oracle Sales
2. When updating a contact, the Select Customer Address button is not longer there (not even under personalization).


The issue has the following impact:

Due to this issue, sales people cannot use an existing address when updating the address for a contact. If they add the address, it will be duplicated on the system.

Changes

Several HZ patches have been applied lately.
