Symptoms

When running the JTM Master program the following error occurs:

ERROR

APP-FND-01564: ORACLE error 1403 in afpgrs

Cause: afpgrs failed due to ORA-01403: no data found
ORA-06512: at "APPS.FND_CONC_STAT", line 62
ORA-06512: at "APPS.FND_CONC_STAT", line 276
ORA-06512: at line 1.
