Cannot Add Customers And See Data On My Customers Section Of Account Manager Dashboard (Doc ID 752394.1)

Symptoms

A new customer has been created using the Customers form from Receivables.  The sales person field in the Bill-to has been updated to reflect a salesperson.  When reviewing the Account Manager Dashboard cannot view the Customer in My Accounts section.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Customer using the Customer form (Receivables)
2. Assign Salsperson in the Site Use Details section of the Account Site Business Purpose : Bill To form
3. In Trade Management run the following concurrent requests:
OZF: Refresh Account Manager Dashboard
OZF: Refresh Account Manager Activities
OZF: Refresh Materialized Views for Order Sales
4. Navigate to Account Manager Dashboard and view My Accounts Section - new customer does not exist in the list
