Symptoms

When attempting to register supplier user an error is encountered.

Service Unavailable
We're sorry, but the service you requested is not available at this time. Please take down the
following error message and contact your system administrator: POS_REG_UNEXPECTED_ERR.



Steps To Reproduce
1. Go to Supplier User Administrator > Supplier User Creation > Register Supplier User.
2. Enter all the details.
3. Click on register, the error occurs.
