Interaction Center: ICSM: jtf.cache.CacheManager warning when Starting the ICSM Server

The following error is reported when starting the ICSM Server:

Exception in static block of jtf.cache.CacheManager. Stack trace is:
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: oracle/fnd/util/AppsConcurrentHashMap
at oracle.apps.jtf.cache.CacheManager.initCache(
at oracle.apps.jtf.cache.CacheManager.<clinit>(

The ICSM Server does however start successfully and is fully functional.
