View Event From Agent Shows Incorrect Data Query Type

Symptoms
-- Problem Statement:
On 5.5 CU3 RU2, When we edit an agent and then view/edit one of the events that it listens for, the data query type ID is displayed as ROUTE INSTANCE LEG, regardless of what is actually in the database.
-- Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login to OTM
2. Edit an agent that listens to either a predefined or custom event
3. Click on the event
4. Notice The Data Query Type Id is shown as 'ROUTE INSTANCE LEG'
