Goal
How to use standard OA framework personalizations in Installed Base on release 12+?
This note contains some examples for when you have logged into the application with responsibility Oracle Installed Base Agent User (NAV Item Instances).
1.
How to modify the label of a field in a region?
For instance the field External Reference under the General tab.
2.
How to modify the label of a link?
For instance link Work Requests in the 'Other Item Instance Details' links table on the right side.
3.
How to modify the name of a region/block name?
For instance the region header 'Item' in the Create Item Instance window.
