FRM-40212: Invalid Value For Field C_INT_REFERENCE_NUMBER Error In Charges Tab. (Doc ID 752976.1)

In R12, migrated Service Requests with Charges, produce the following error in the Item Instance tab of the Charges Tab:
FRM-40212: Invalid value for field C_INT_REFERENCE_NUMBER . 

Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Customer Support responsibility -> Service requests ->Find Service Request
2. Select an Open Service Request, go to the Charges Tab ->Item Instance Tab
3. Error appears.


Upgrade to Release 12.
