Symptoms
When selecting the category, while creating new manual journal in General Ledger ( Journals > Enter),
the following error occurs.
ERROR
"The procedure HEADER.accrual_rev_change_sign_flag has produce an exception.
The procedure HEADER.user_je_category_name has produced an exception (WHEN-VALIDATE-ITEM )
ORA- 014003 : No data Found
ORA- 06512 : in "APPS.GL_AUTOREVERSE_OPTIONS_PKG" line 23
ORA- 06512 : in "APPS.GL_AUTOREVERSE_OPTIONS_PKG" line 336
FRM-40735: The trigger WHEN-VALIDATE-ITEM has produce an exception ORA- 014003 "
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: General ledger
2. Journals -> Enter -> New journal
3. Select Category
