Duplicate Performance Rating Record - Middle Tier Caching Issue Error When Entering Peformance Ratings

This note provides a brief overview of
Entering Performance Ratings and encounter an error:
Cause: The combination of appraisal, objective and person that is specified already exists. This can be due to a middle-tier caching issue. Action: You may restart your application.
If the error still persists, please contact your system administrator.
Steps To Reproduce:
Log in Manager Self-Service > Talent Management
- Select Go to Task icon next to appraisal
- Select Update
- Enter Ratings in system
- Select Share Main Appraiser
- Select Cancel
- Returns to screen with Blank objectives
- Enter Ratings again
- Select Continue
- Error received.
