Symptoms

Debrief completes in error.  When attempting to process debrief lines for a particular debrief the following error occurs:

API Programming error (CS_CHARGE_DETAILS_PVT.Create_Charge_Details): &TEXT

OR

API Error (CS_CHARGE_DETAILS_PVT.Create_Charge_Details): &TEXT


There are no further error messages that indicate what the problem is.
