Expand All and Collapse All Button Does Not Work In The SKU (Individual Counts) Screen.

This problem can occur on any platform.
The Expand All and Collapse All Button does not work in the SKU screen.
-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1- Navigate to Inventory Management > SKU > SKU > Created a SKU.
2- Create Descriptor records for the SKU manually via SKU_DESCRIPTOR table.
3- Navigate to Inventory Management > SKU > SKU > search for the SKU > Right click on
the SKU and click Individual Counts.
3- In this screen, the Expand All and Collapse All Button does not work.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the Batch information.
