Why are the prices not shown in the Customer UI ?

Several qualifiers are setup on price lists and iStore is to determine the best price based on

In the iStore user interface, product prices are not shown, and it is possible to create a sales
order in Oracle Order Management by using the same customer+item combination.

It seems that one or more of the price list qualifiers can not be evaluated by iStore, and hence
price list eligibility can not be determined despite the following setting of the relevant profile
options and associated setup

1) Site price list has been setup as US SALES (USD) for all users

2) No price list is linked to the customer.

3) Profiles :-

IBE: Retrieve Price When Displaying Items is set to Yes at iStore level
IBE: Use Customer Account Price List is set to No at all levels
IBE: Use Price list associated with Specialty Site is set to No at all levels
