Customer Form, Sites Issue: Customers Records Created in Release 12, Don't Have Same Value For LOCATION and SITE_USE_ID in HZ_CUST_SITE_USES (Doc ID 753765.1)

Noticed that in release 12, when you create a customer and define a site for it, the values populated in HZ_CUST_SITE_USES.LOCATION and HZ_CUST_SITE_USES.SITE_USE_ID no longer match like they did in release 11.5.8.

Why do these fields no longer contain the same value?

Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Customers > Standard

Query an existing customer or create a new one, for example: My Name Org Number
Create a new Account Site for the customer
