Symptoms
-- Problem Statement:
On 5.5, Find that shipment stop details are not being populated for secondary charge shipments created from Shipment Group
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect that the shipment stop details are populated
-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Bulk plan orders which builds secondary charge shipments and see that the stop details on these shipments are empty
Due to this issue, users cannot allocate secondary charge shipments
