Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
On 5.5.04.04, When bulk plan is attempting to consolidate two first-leg shipments created on a multi-leg itinerary, with the second leg using a Ground Schedule, the following error occurs:
NOTE:  This issue does not happen when the second leg does not use a Ground Schedule

ERROR
java.lang.NullPointerException
at
glog.business.shipmentstructure.ShipmentNode.setStopTimeWindowBasedOnDownstreamESandLS(ShipmentNode.
java:2735)

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a multi-leg itinerary with the first leg of the itinerary going through an XDOCK location
2. Create two Orders to go through the XDOCK to two different destinations
3. Then bulk plan the orders. See that the orders are not consolidated until the XDOCK and the consolidation is failing because of the null pointer exception when consolidating
