Symptoms
-- Problem Statement:
On OTM Version 5,5, The Equipment Group effective weight and volume are cleared out / nulled out once the equipment group is created and saved. This happens only when setting the operating system parameters for Russian language.
-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1- Set the O/S language as Russian.
2- Set the OTM user pref language as Russian and set the file init.ora on the database as below:
nls_language ='RUSSIAN'
nls_territory ='RUSSIAN'
3- Create a new equipment group and populate values for the effective weight and volume > Save > Re-edit or view > notice that the effective weight and volume are now nulled.
It should be noted that The same issue is seen with the Equipment Type manager screen as well
