Issue Dragging An Appointment From One Resource Type To Another (Doc ID 754460.1)

Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
Using dock scheduling users noticed that if they had a location that was setup to use two resource types, if they dragged an appointment from the first resource type to the second resource type in the dock manager in an attempt to move the appointment, OTM leaves the original appointment on the first resource type and creates a new appointment on the second resource type.
Repeating this process allows the user to create multiple appointments for the same shipment.
