Symptoms
When attempting to Finally close Purchase Orders (POs), the following error occurs:
* Receive similar issue with Contract PO or standard PO.
ERROR
Quantity received ### is not fully delivered ###
STEPS
1. Navigate to Purchasing > Purchase order or Open contract
2. Select Tools / Control
3. Select Finally Close
4. Receive the error on the screen.
