This problem can occur on any platform.
Symptoms
When an impairment is entered and rolled back in the period of addition of an asset,
no addition journal are created.
-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter a backdated asset
2. In the same period enter an impairment
3. Rollback the impairment
