Close Enrollment Process Not Closing the Open Life Event (Doc ID 754773.1)

After running the Close Enrollments Process using "Normal Close" Close Mode from the Concurrent Manager, participants still show the Open Event in Started status.

Expect the request to close the Open life event for all employees.

Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to HRMS Manager responsibility.
2. Submit the Close Enrollments Process request with the following parameters:
