Asset Addition Via Asset Workbench (FAXASSET) Errors With FRM-92101 (Doc ID 754898.1)

FAXASSET

Symptoms

The following error is received when trying to access the Asset Workbench > Additions form (FAXASSET);

FRM-92101 There was a failure in the forms server during startup.
This could happen due to invalid configuration.
Please look into the web server log file for details.

Details of the Java Connection Exception are then given.

Note that the error can also occur when querying an existing asset in the Asset Workbench if the Asset Key flexfield was disabled after the asset addition.
