Unable To Logon To The Application After Migrating To 5.5.05 (Doc ID 754955.1)

When migrating to 5.5 CU5 on OAS, the ojdbc14.jar file is installed on the app server, instead of the webserver. Consequently, after the upgrade, users cannot login to the application and receive the error:


According to <<Note 422955.1>> there was a similar problem back in 5.5.02. But the difference is that now the file is missing in the web directory, not in the OAS directory. So in case there are different machines, the .jar file is installed on the machine where tomcat isn't run.
