R12 11i: Projects Invoices Error When Autoinvoice Is Run - Invalid Salesrep ID (Doc ID 755090.1)

Symptoms

Revenue from projects has been generated and draft invoices have been processed and interfaced to Receivables. When Autoinvoice (RAXTRX) runs the import program fails with the following error:

ERROR
Invalid salesrep id (SALESREP_ID) ((Null))
