Symptoms

When trying to add an asset in the asset workbench, the assignment form does not show the employee LOV. 

When the user goes to the assignment form in the asset workbench for an existing asset, the following error appears:

APP-OFA-48317 The employee to which this distribution line is assigned is no longer valid
