Requisition Summary Errors With 'There Are No Lines For This Header'

This problem can occur on any platform.
Symptoms
When attempting to query the requisition lines in the requisition summary form the following error occurs:
"Note
-----------
There are no lines for this header"
Steps to reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Query requisition in 'Requisition Summary form'.
2. Click on the lines and once the line opens, close the line details.
3. Query the line again.
4. The error occurs.
