Contact Groups are Not Visible in the UI After Loading them from a CSV File.

This problem can occur on any platform.
Find that after loading CONTACT_GROUPS via CSV, the Contact Group cannot be seen in the UI.
Expect to be able to see the CONTACT_GROUPS in the UI after they have been loaded into OTM through a CSV.
-- Steps To Reproduce:
1. Create a CSV file for CONTACTS and CSV file for GROUP_CONTACTS.
2. Navigate to Business Process and Automation > Integration > Integration Manager and
upload the files into OTM.
3. Navigate to Business Process and Automation > Communication Management > Contact Groups
and note the new Contact Groups are not visible.
