"Operation Aborted" Error in IE6 When Typing in RIQ page Prior Before Completely Loaded (Doc ID 755876.1)

Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:

When using OTM Version 5.5 CU4, on Internet Explorer (IE) Browser Version 6 with OTM auto-fill functionality enabled (via Property: glog.ui.autocomplete), when loading the RIQ page (click on Ask-OTM -> Rates), if you immediately start typing in the "Ship From, Location ID" field before the page finishes loading, a popup saying:

Internet Explorer cannot open the Internet site
http://<otm_url>/GC3/glog.webserver.util.FrameGC3Servlet

This only happens with IE6

-- Steps To Reproduce:
Click on Ask-OTM -> Rates
As soon as the box for "Ship From, Location ID" comes up, start typing in it. Do this as fast as you can.
