Symptoms
When attempting to run Ship confirm for Dual UOM items on Release 12, The following error is shown
For a Fixed Conversion the Secondary Quantity cannot deviate.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Perform Ship confirm.

Error is thrown for Dual UOM items.
Due to this issue, users cannot perform ship confirm.
