Symptoms
When attempting to reject the notification from System Administrator the following error occurs:
ERROR
Pl/SQL procedure : PO.APPROVAL_LIST.WF1S.UPDATE_ACTION_HISTORY_REJECT
Error: ORA-01403: no data found
Steps To Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a requisition and submit for approver
2. A notification is sent to approver
3. System Administrator queries the notification and rejects it via the workflow status monitor
4. The application errors
