Symptoms

On R12, when attempting to approve a requisition, the following error appears :

Error:

Unexpected error occurred during Tax Calculation.
Exception: 013 - An unexpected error has occurred. Please contact your system administrator.

Steps To Reproduce:

  1. Navigate to Requisitions form
  2. Create requisition
  3. Submit requisition for approval
