After Opening Active Contract For Update Coverages Can Not Edited (Doc ID 756487.1)

Symptoms

In the service contract authoring form, find that the Coverage Template Details form does not allow updates.

Expected behaviour:
Expect to be able to make changes to the coverage template.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open an contract in "Active" status and click the "Open for Update" button.
2. Navigate to the Lines > Effectivities tab and click on the "Details" button in the Coverages frame.
3. The coverage details are displayed but protected from update and the "Customize" button is disabled.
