Problem does not occur entering requisitions or purchase orders or not even in Autocreate form (when using Default option). It occurs only in Autocreate form when using Specify option.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Create a Requisition in functional currency

2. Autocreate to PO. Do not specify supplier

3. Currency Specify =ILS and RATE=3.5

4. Open the PO and click the currency button - it has the inverse rate
