Question 1:

In Pre-Release 12:
Is it possible to limit a Service Request Attribute to numeric entries only in Teleservice?

The Attribute is free text and it needs to be set to compulsory numeric insertion as opposed to text insertion.

Question 2:

Has this changed in Release 12?
