Oracle iSupport (IBU): Incident Address Does Not Default From Asset when Creating a Service Request from IBU Homepage (Doc ID 757110.1)

Problem Statement:

Find that when creating an SR from iSupport Homepage, although the Install Base (IB) instance is chosen, the addresses are not defaulted. They can be chosen using the Select buttons.

Expected Behavior:

The Addresses for the Install Base Instance at the customer should always be defaulted automatically in iSupport.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. (R) iSupport Business User
2. Click on Create Service Request link in the support resources bin
3. Choose a SR type
4. Incident Address defaults to employee's address
5. Select an asset.
6. The Incident Address / Installed Address does not default to the Asset location
