Symptoms

When attempting to run pick release the following error occurs.

ERROR
Calling program unit INV_PICK_RELEASE_PUB.PICK_RELEASE
SQLCODE: -6508 SQLERRM: ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called
Exception occurred in WSH_PICK_LIST.Release_Batch_Sub
Unexpected error has occured. Oracle error message is ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called
Exiting WSH_PICK_LIST.RELEASE_BATCH_SUB - EXCEPTION:OTHERS (12/17/2008 03:00:39 PM, 8.5 seconds)
Return from Release_Batch_Sub

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using the OM Super User Responsibility, navigate to Shipping> Release Sales Orders>
Release Sales Orders
2. Using the order / release rule, run the process.
3. Fails with above error
