Symptoms
BI Publisher 5.6.3 in Applications 11i or R12
You are bursting a report. In the bursting control file being used the template
being called is in the database but is not setup correctly.
If the template call out is not setup correctly you will get one of these error messages in the log file
when debug is turned on.
