Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:

On the day when Daylight Savings arises, when working with Appointment Timeslots some Timeslots are shown to be one hour out.

For example on the day of the time change if a Dock Appointment is opened for the 13:00 Timeslot the Timeslot that is opened is the14:00 slot which is incorrect.

Also if 3 slots from 12:30 to 14:00 are opened the result is 5 slots are opened, however 3 of the time slots show the <-- and --> as if displaying they have been used to book a shipment when in fact they are empty.

-- Steps To Reproduce:

1 - Log on to OTM.

2 - Navigate to: Warehouse Flow Management > Appointment Management > Dock and Yard Manager.

3 - In the Search screen enter the ID of a  Location which is set to work with Appointments.

4 - Click Search.

5 - Edit the Location.

6 - Click on 'Actions > Manage Appointments'

7 - Set the Date to 'March 29th 2009' (UK daylight summer change).

8 - Right click over the Timeslot for 12:30 and 'Unblock' the slot.

9 - Click Save.

10 - The Timeslot is unblocked but shows '<-- -->' as if a Shipment is booked into the slot however there is no Shipment in this slot.

11 - Right click over the Slot for 13:00 and Unblock the Slot.

12 - Click Save.

13 - The Slot that is unblocked is 14:00 which is incorrect.
