HRSSA Workflow Errors In Request Feedback If No User WFENG_NOTIFICATION_PERFORMER (Doc ID 757517.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:

When a main appraiser creates an appraisal for an employee, gives final ratings, selects 'Request feedback from Appraisee' and then submits, the following error occurs in the Workflow :

ERROR

WFENG_NOTIFICATION_PERFORMER Error Message 3120: Activity 'HRSSA/596813'
has no performer. Error Stack hr_appraisal_workflow_ss.Notify(HRSSA, 15176,
596813, RUN) hr_appraisal_workflow_ss.notify_appraisee(HRSSA, 15176, 596813,
RUN) Wf_Engine_Util.Function_Call(hr_appraisal_workflow_ss.notify_appraisee,
HRSSA, 15176, 596813, RUN)



Steps To Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. HRMS Manager responsibility
  2. Create the employee
  3. Manager Self-Service responsibility
  4. Create an appraisal for employee
  5. Save As Draft then continue the appraisal
  6. Give Final Ratings
  7. Check 'Request feedback from appraisee'
  8. Submit
  9. Go to the Oracle Workflow Web Administrator
  10. See the error
  11. Create a user for employee
  12. Run the Synchronize Workflow LOCAL tables
  13. Oracle Workflow Web Administrator :  The error is still there
