Symptoms

When searching on a specific invoice from Account Details, the following error results after applying 11i.OIR.G CU#3 (7357444):

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: java.lang.NullPointerException
at oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException.wrapperException(OAException.java:891)
at oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException.wrapperException(OAException.java:865)
(several pages of errors)
