Attempting to search on the Customer Search page in iReceivables 2.0 Internal Responsibility and receive the following error message:

You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance. Click here for exception details.

Details as follows:

Client has single Operating Unit and Operating Unit ID = 0

Changes

Upgrade from 11i to R12
