wsh_delivery_Details_pub.Update_Shipping_Attributes DATE_SCHEDULED (Doc ID 757799.1)

Goal

Using custom warehousing application that initiates inventory transactions and shipments.

Have a custom package that uses APIs that interfaces to custom warehousing application ship
confirm an order line awaiting shipping

The wrapper code is used to validate the data coming from the warehousing application and then
calls Oracle APIs to pick and ship confirm in Oracle.

In this wrapper code, the call to wsh_delivery_Details_pub.Update_Shipping_Attributes is giving
the message:
MSG COUNT 1 Ret Status
S Msg Data Warning: For Delivery Detail 999999, the following field(s) are not updatable:
DATE_SCHEDULED.

This was working in 11.5.7, but following upgrade to 11.5.10.1, this error is thrown.
