Create Accounting 95311 Error and BSV/Company segment does NOT belong to the Ledger/LE (Doc ID 758229.1)

Symptoms

Symtom 1:  The Create Accounting process shows the following error for an event:

1 95311 The Company segment value for the account code combination 11X.1XX1.44YY.6X554Y.CCC.BBBB specified in line 2 is not assigned to the
ledger ACME Corp Primary Ledger. Please update the Company segment value assignments for the ledger in the Accounting Configuration page or use another Company segment value

Symptom 2:  The BSV/Company segment does NOT belong to the Ledger/LE.  An account with the incorrect BSV/Company was mistakenly entered and validated for this Ledger/LE.
