-- Problem Statement:
On 5.5.04, The xml builder for Order Base Ship Unit (OBSU) is setting the WeightValue/VolumeValue from the OB_SHIP_UNIT_CONTENT line number 1 in all content lines (2, 3, ...), when same packaged item GID value is assigned for to different Line Items.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1- Navigate to Order Management > Purchase Order > Order Base Ship Unit > create a new OBSU with 2 lines, each using the same packaged item GID:

Line 1: weight= 88 & Volume= 88
Line 2: weight= 99 & Volume= 99

2- Navigate to Integration Manager > Select "OBShipUnit" > populate the object ID and Click Submit.

The XML for the OB Ship Unit is shown . Notice the WEIGHTVOLUME xml element results shows as below
Both LineNumber 1 & 2 have 88 as weight and volume.
