When attempting to Place Order from a Quote the following error occurs:

APP-ASO-236763 Modification to the quote may have resulted in a price change. Please proceed to Place Order upon reviewing the Quote pricing details.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Quoting Sales Manager > Quoting.
2. Find or create a quote.
3. Click the Place Order button
