Can Not See the Create Button to Create a Territory - R12 (Doc ID 759118.1)

Symptoms

On R12 , cannot  see  the Create button under the Territories Tab for a selected Operating Unit.

Also when checked, and creating a Territory type , there are no Matching Attributes in the LOV . 

 

Steps :


> Navigate to > Territory Management > Territories tab
> to create a new Territory > select the Operating Unit, select usage (example - Sales or Service)
> click Go button
> notice that the Create button is not displayed, so unable to create a new territory.
