Outbound XML Notification Following Order Creation Does Not Contain Involved Party Details. (Doc ID 759367.1)

This problem can occur on any platform.

Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
On 5.5 find that when sending an email from OTM following the creation of an Order Release the Raw XML sent does not include Involved Parties.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
1 - Log on to OTM.

2 - Navigate to: Business Process Automation > Agents and Milestones > Automation Agent

3 - Create a new Agent:
ID = Enter as needed
Triggered upon Event: ORDER - CREATED, USER
Actions: NOTIFY INVOLVED PARTIES: LOGISTICS, <Title of mail>
Detail of Action:
     Involved Party = LOGISTICS
     Communication Method = EMAIL
     Subject = <Title of mail>

4 - Navigate to Business Process Automation > Power Data > Integration > XML Element.

5 - Search for 'Release' this was set with GLOG_MIN.

6 - This Element is set at DBA level.

7 - Log off OTM and on as DBA.

8 - Navigate to Business Process Automation > Power Data > Integration > XML Element.

9 - Search for 'Release', click Edit.

10 - Set the Out XML Profile Id to GLOG_NONE.

11 - Click Finished.

12 - Set the Stylesheet profile to Raw XML.
Navigate to: Business Process Automation > Power Data > Event Management > Stylesheet
Profiles.

13 - Search for ORDER_EVENT_BY_EMAIL

14 - Tick the 'Raw XML' tick box.

15 - Click Finished.

16 - Log off OTM and back on to the Domain.

17 - Navigate to: Order Management > Order Release > New and created Order Release:
ID: Enter as needed
Involved Party: <Enter contact>, EMAIL, LOGISTICS

18 - Click Finished.

19 - The XML sent in the email does not contain the Involved Parties.
