Time Zone Can Not Be Selected In Task Tab In Service Request Screen (Doc ID 759634.1)

Symptoms

On R12 the Service Request form -> Task Tab does not include all the timezone options in the
LOV. The only two options available are Agent and Corporate Timezones.

Expect to see Agent Timezone, Corporate Timezone, Customer Timezone, Contact Timezone and Incident Timezone listed in the LOV, not just Agent Timezone and Corporate Timezone.

Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In the Create Service Request form, enter a Customer.
2. Go to the Task Tab and look at the Timezone LOV.
3. Only two options are listed.
